It would be helpful to know the brand (if possible) or vertical within fashion (mens, womens, unisex, eventwear, swimwear, etc) and the price point + size of your email list and frequency of purchase or AOV. If you’re able to provide some topline info I can certainly assist with some suggestions.

While this is not specific to the fashion industry, it does provide a great guideline for the types of customers you should be targeting for BFCM.
