I can share some of my experiences in creating local campaigns / more personalized campaigns.

  • Using Zip code for local campaigns: Segment anyone in an 50 km area of the store for local events.
  • Use a profile property to collect store preference or location preference. Use this property to either segment local campaigns or use dynamic content for showing local information.
