Bulk remove contacts from a flow

I have a flow for back in stock alerts, using a back in stock sign up form on each product page. This is all working well.

I also have a scheduled Back in Stock report, which I use to analyse demand and plan inventory.
However over the years I have discontinued products that contacts had previously signed up to the back in stock alert for - and these contacts are essentially ‘stuck’ waiting in the flow - they will never move forwards as the product will never come back into stock.

This is causing an issue when it comes to the report, as it also includes all the archived products.
I’ve added a filter to the flow to exclude these contacts in the future, but it doesn’t remove anyone currently waiting.

How can I manage this and bulk remove contacts from the flow?
Thanks,

Scarlett

Hi @Scarlett_Marketing_TF,

Right now, it’s not possible to remove products/profiles from the back in stock report, though I understand how this would be useful in situations where certain SKUs are discontinued, or aren’t likely to come back in stock. Happy to bring this up to our product team to recommend we make it possible to remove these products and profiles in the future!

Hi @Byrne C

Thanks for your reply, it’s frustrating I cannot manually remove them.
Is it possible to copy the flow to effectively restart, and import the contacts in who are currently in the existing flow for our active products?
