Hey community,

I sent yesterday a Marketing Email, and by mistake, the wrong link was set up behind the CTA.

Very quickly after the send; I clone the campaign -> adjust the right link, -> in the subject line I wrote something like, “Oops, here is the right link” -> and sent it.

But for some reason, the clone campaign has 0 delivery, although its status says “sent”.

Can someone explain why? What can be the reason?

Thank you 🙏

Hi @Joni,

This might have to do with smart sending. Would you mind going into your campaign’s “recipients” tab and click on “skipped?” What’s the skipped reason? If you see a large number of skips due to smart sending, that means that you had smart sending checked on for the campaign. Smart sending is a feature that prevents people from receiving multiple emails in a short time frame (the default for every account is 16 hours, but that can be changed). If smart sending was on, then recipients for the second campaign would all be skipped, because they already received a campaign within the smart sending window. Let me know if this was the issue! If not, we can look into this a bit more.
