Hi! I understand the frustration. Currently, Klaviyo’s conversion tracking focuses on immediate results, but I agree that tracking over a longer period is valuable for spotting trends.
To get more detailed tracking, you can set up Custom Reports in Klaviyo to monitor conversions by day or over extended periods. This will give you a clearer view of when the sales peak after the initial send.
If you need help setting that up, I’d be happy to assist!

Hi @ModernHerbCo,
Klaviyo tracks any conversion made within the attribution window that you set for your account - not just conversions within the first few hours after the email sent. By default, your attribution window is set to 5 days for email clicks and opens. That means that anybody who interacts with your email within 5 days of you sending it, and then purchases, will count as a conversion. You’ll then see this in the conversions tab of the campaign, and in the numbers on the right side of the main Campaigns page.
If you’re only seeing conversions from within a few hours of sending the email, you might have your attribution window set only to a few hours. Visit klaviyo.com/settings/attribution to check on your attribution window. If it’s only a few hours, you can change the time frame, then save. Let me know if you have additional questions about this process, or if I can help with anything else!
