Hi @Divinart
Thank you for posting your question in the community. Let me see if I can help. It sounds like you are using Shopify and I’ll assume you have Shopify integrated with Klaviyo. When someone makes a purchase via Shopify, two metrics are fired: Placed Order and Ordered Product.
The Placed Order event will be for all items purchased while the Ordered Product event fires for each individual item in the order.
My initial thought, is that you would set up a flow based on the Ordered Product event, filter it to the 15 products (or you could set up 15 different versions of the flow, one per product, which you might want for unique tracking), and then the emails would include the links to your hidden pages.
Within the Ordered Product event, you should be able to filter the emails by the product SKU or name to only send emails to those people who purchased that specific item.
Let me know if that helps!

Hi Bryan, Do you mind writing down the exact flow as above.. whether I use a trigger split or conditional? My exact product name is: Afraid to be me - Healing Session. Big thanks, K
Hi @Divinart,
I had a quick question regarding what you described above - is a link to the unique session being sent to Klaviyo in the body of the Ordered Product events? You can check this by searching up “Ordered Product” in your metrics tab, clicking the Activity feed, and then clicking the 3 dots on the right side of an event to see the activity details.
When you look through the activity details, do you see a link to that session that the customer purchased? If so, you’ll be able to add this to links/buttons in your flow emails. If not, then Klaviyo isn’t receiving this information, and you’d likely need to talk to Shopify to see if you can pass this information to us somehow, or create a custom event, using our Create Event API that sends us their session info.
Hi
I had someone help me figure it out. I used: Where someone has done (or not done)>Placed Order>Conditional Split>Where Items>Contains>”Page title”>at least once in the last 30 days. I created this flow 15 times for each page. I then created 15 different emails with the specific link to their purchase which in this case is a specific page with an embedded video.
I also ensured that smart sending was off for the email when I tested this. One other thing that I had to do was create an email template that didn’t have product blocks/images. It had to be text only or Klaviyo didn’t send.
Thanks for your help.
