For some reason, the IMAGE of the product in my cart, is not displaying in the email … The link to thhe side of the product is, but the image not.

Anyone ale to assist? My store is still password protected but I would imagine this should not affect it?

    Hi @BobKeen

To be clear, have you triggered the ‘started checkout’ metric aka started the process of checkout and then stopped or are you previewing the email from your template editor? If you haven’t taken the trigger action, the reason why the image and product title isn’t populating is because there isn’t any event data to pull since the metric hasn’t been triggered.

I would also double check the event properties and make sure you have the correct one for the image. When you preview your flow, you can see a list of all the different event properties. If you click on the image, it will even copy the correct code for you to use.

Here is a screenshot of me doing this for an abandoned cart flow.
