Hey everyone,

I’m exploring different ways to connect Klaviyo with a third-party app store setup (not Shopify or WooCommerce, but a custom or external marketplace). Has anyone here tried this before?

I’m curious about how data syncing works — like tracking customer activity, sending abandoned cart emails, or syncing product data from a non-native platform. Were you able to make it work smoothly, or did you run into any major challenges?

Would love to hear what tools, APIs, or workarounds you used to make the integration possible.

@danielmartinhq a detailed guide exists here for this purpose https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide_to_integrating_a_platform_without_a_pre_built_klaviyo_integration
Feel free to reach out if you need assistance building a custom integration

Thanks, @whereisjad — really appreciate the link! 🙌
That guide looks super helpful, especially for understanding how to handle data syncing manually.

I’m actually testing this with a third-party app store setup similar to Scarlet iOS Store — it’s an external platform that hosts and distributes apps outside the typical marketplaces like Shopify or WooCommerce. The goal is to integrate Klaviyo for user event tracking, abandoned cart emails, and basic product sync without native support.

Have you worked on something similar? I’m curious about the best approach for managing real-time event tracking and syncing larger app data through custom API endpoints (my setup’s built with Node + Firebase).
