I can’t figure out where to copy the URL of a pop-up sign-up form. If this isn’t possible, what’s the easiest alternative to do this?
Thank you!

Hi
Pop up sign up forms in Klaviyo do not have a direct URL, so you cannot share them externally on social media or in ads. They are designed to trigger on site based on rules like timing, scroll, or exit intent, which is why there is no link you can copy.
The easiest and recommended alternative is to use one of these options instead.
First option. Use a Klaviyo hosted sign up page
Klaviyo lets you create a hosted sign up page for any list. This gives you a shareable URL that works perfectly for social media, paid ads, and link in bio. It is the closest equivalent to a pop up experience outside of your site, and it requires no extra setup.
Second option. Create an embedded or flyout version of the form
If you like the design of your pop up, you can duplicate it and change the form type to embedded or flyout. Embedded forms can live on a dedicated landing page on your site, which you can then link to from social channels.
Third option. Trigger the pop up from a specific page
Another common workaround is to create a simple landing page on your site and set the pop up to only display on that page. You can then share the page URL externally. When visitors land there, the pop up will fire as expected.
In practice, most brands use hosted sign up pages for social and ads, and reserve pop ups for on site capture only. It keeps things simple and avoids unexpected behavior.
Hope that helps. Let me know if you want help deciding which option makes the most sense for your use case.
