Hello!

I have 2 questions about my product specific email flows I have it set up as this currently. No other filters

Question 1: I have made specific flows for whatever the customer has bought but I have run into a few issues. Customers typically buy 3-5 products and I was wondering how to NOT spam them with 3-5 emails a day and just focus on one of the products they bought and ignore the rest. Is this recommended or should I just let them go through every product flow they’re eligible for even if that means sending them up to 6 emails at a time?

Question 2: I have 3 product specific emails and then the content leans into a more general/multi-purpose approach that is relevant to all 6 of my products. How can I funnel these 6 flows back into one?

Hi @VDP

Thank you for posting in the Community!

Those are some good questions! I’ll do my best to assist you here:

For question 1:

If I were you, I would set it all up in one flow using trigger splits throughout the flow. In this way, you can prioritize what product you highlight and send more information on. You can dive into your data, find your top picks and combos - and then create your flow based strategically. Doing this, you get to choose whatpost purchase email they receive based of the products, you want to highlight by branching out your flow.

Example:

For question nr. 2:

Would as show above gather it all in one flow and then connect the paths into one and then send the email #2 in the flow with the email with the more general/multi-purpose approach that is relevant to all 6 of your products.

I hope this helps - let me know if you need further assistance on this.
