I want to allow my customers to update their email preferences to suit their needs as my clients brand is a seasonal product.
When the customers update their preferences, how then do I adjust my sending so that it suits their preferences?
I’d like to know how this works with respect to both flows and campaigns please. And how to actually implement this into Klaviyo.

The easiest way to do this would be using Segments. Segments allow you to group profiles dynamically (automatically) by many things including their preferences. Here is the list of conditions you can Segment profiles with:

Once you create Segments of profiles that have certain preferences, you are able to target those segments in campaigns and flows.
