Hi,

As a Klaviyo Partner, I received the email below. Could you please advise where exactly on https://partnerportal.klaviyo.com/ I can update my payment information including tax form uploading?

I’ve gone through all the menus available but couldn’t locate the section with the corresponding settings.

The payment failed for the following reason: Tax forms not provided.

Please visit https://partnerportal.klaviyo.com/ to update your payment information.

We will attempt to re-submit your payment in the payment cycle following your detail update.

Try visiting this link:

https://partnerportal.klaviyo.com/s/payment-settings

You should see it nested under Agency Tools > Payment Settings.

When I click Agency Tools > Payment Settings, I get the following message: 

We're sorry, but you don't have permission to view this page. This might be due to one of the following reasons:

You do not have the necessary privileges. This page is limited to Agency Partners only.

The content is currently under maintenance or is no longer available.

I’m a freelancer, not agency partner if that makes a difference.

 


@Myko It appears there may be an issue in the backend! Do you have a CSM or partner manager? If not, please reach out to partners@klaviyo.com, and they should be able to assist.
