I can't find the Info captured in pop-up form

Question

Hello,

I’d like to capture info with the pop-up form, Though I don’t find the info in the profil base.

The form works perfect!

But after filling it, the info doesn’t shown in the profil, neither in the personalised properties section or information section.

I’ve tried:

To create the personalised property directly the form designer.

I’ve also tried to create it first on an existant profil, then I found it on the drop-down menu on the form designer.

where should I expect to find them?

Hello ​@Hakime.mfk, great to hear your form is working well! If the info isn't showing in the profile here's what to check,you have to makesure field name matches the custom property name. secondly, you should ensure text and all...matches what's set in the profile property. Thirdly, the info only shows for contacts who submit the form with a valid email. Because without it, no profile is updated......... Once submitted fo to the contact's profile scroll to custom properties.If is doesn't appear, try deleting and recreating the field directly in the form using the exact same property name againLet me know if you findthis helpful!
