I downgraded from a payed to free plan and now my flows are disabled.

Hello

I downgraded from a payed to free plan and now my flows are disabled. I can access my account. I got an email saying that :

Integrations and future payments will be disabled.

Flows will be put into draft mode and no longer send.

Scheduled and new campaigns will no longer send.

Your account will remain open and will remain in a canceled state until you reactivate the account plan or the account is closed.

You will continue to have access to the account and all stored historical data.

If the subscription plan for this account was canceled in error, or you wish to use Klaviyo again, you can reactivate your account plan to a free or paid plan at any time by choosing a plan under Change plan.

When I go to change plan I cant find the free plan.

In order to reactive to a free plan, I would suggest taking the following steps in your account: 

  1. Navigate back to Billing
  2. Go to the Preference tab.
  1. Scroll down to the Reactivate your account section.
  2. Click Reactivate to free
  1. Confirm your reactivation. 

One thing to note, you will need to turn your flows back to live and re-schedule your campaigns once you reactivate your account back to a free subscription. I hope this helps!

For account subscription related issues, I recommend you reach out to customer support to see if they can resolve payment or upgrading issues. Sometimes payment/upgrading/downgrading are specific to your account and its hard for the community to resolve this in a public forum.

However, if you’re getting this email, aren’t you already on the free plan?
