Klaviyo doesn't see coupon code in Woocommerce

Question

We have our Woocommerce integration configured and it’s synching / working well for pop-up, conversion analyses and forms. When we try to set-up Coupons functionality we go to the Coupons section in the menu and ‘Add code’. On every code I try it gives the same error:

Unable to find this coupon code in WooCommerce.

The codes I tried are 100% existing in WooCommerce.

We tried to resolve by:

Adding a starting and ending date to the coupon code
Deleting number from the code, making it letters only
Disabling WP Rocket, Rank Math, Smart Coupon Code plug-ins
Re-authenticate Klaviyo

We don’t have Jetpack installed.

What could be wrong here? Please advise. Thanks!

Can you confirm that the code in WooCommerce exactly matches the code in Klaviyo, in terms of characters and spaces?Additionally, is the WooCommerce domain the code was created in the same domain that has been linked to Klaviyo via your integration?If both of these are true, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team at Klaviyo.com/support. There IS further troubleshooting that can be done in this situation, but it would involve our team taking a deep dive into your integration to see if there are any issues in the integration that are preventing the code creation from happening, and that would need to happen in a support ticket.
