We work with both Hubspot and Klaviyo:
Hubspot is used for our sales team and our customer service team. Klaviyo is used for our marketing emails.
Our sales team and customer service team need to be able to see the full picture when it comes to customer communications, and we’re trying to find a way to make sure that the Klaviyo emails are visible in the customer’s Hubspot profile.
In our ideal scenario, the team does not need to access Klaviyo at all.
We previously tried only sending emails via flows and bcc’ing the customer care email address - this worked initially, however it’s caused a lot of issues around ticketing and items going into our junk.
Has anyone successfully pushed their Klaviyo emails over to a customer profile in Hubspot? We only need a one-way sync from Klaviyo to Hubspot - Hubspot details do not need to come into Klaviyo.
