Hi everyone,

I’m working on an account with several active flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and segmentation-based messaging), and I’m trying to avoid situations where contacts receive too many messages in a short window.

I’ve been using smart sending and basic exclusions, but I’m curious how others structure this at scale. In some of my funnel work (including a small project I’m involved with called Funnelsflex), message timing and flow priority make a big difference, so I’m interested in how people approach this specifically inside Klaviyo.

Any best practices or patterns you’ve found reliable?

@Funnelsflex aside from the smart sending I would leverage precedence in the flows.  Example Started Checkout should override Added to Cart or Viewed Product events if the visitor gets to that point so I include these filters for the respective flows.
