Missing 'Create Campaign Button'

Hi, strangely enough the ‘Create Campaign’ Button has vanished from the screen when I navigate to the Campaigns page.  See screenshot.  Anyone experienced this before? Is it related to my admin level (possibly client has inadvertently reduced this) or something else I can fix, or is it a Klaviyo glitch?  Normally it’s on the top right of this page, I’m sure of it...

Ah ok, with that user permission you can't schedule or send campaigns.  Maybe it was something else and got changed recently?

Have you tried logging out, then log in again

Yes, and also using incognito window, and using a different device all together.  None of those makes a difference

Interesting, curious when you go to Account → Contact Information, what is your role?

Hi there, it’s Content Creator.  It should allow me to create campaigns, I’ve done so in the past?
