If you are using a brand new domain, meaning you haven’t sent from that domain previously through a different platform, then you would need to go through a warming process. Warming your infrastructure trains inbox providers to view you as a good sender, and is essential any time you move to a new email service provider.
If you continue to send to your general email list instead of only your most engaged subscribers, then that could lead to low open and click rates. If you have enough engagement data, then I would suggest starting off by creating and sending to a 30 day engaged segment. I would also suggest reviewing our guide for How to warm your sending domain in Klaviyo .
Once you start to see your open and click rates improve, you can expand your segment to 60 or 90 days, so you are sending to a larger engaged audience.
