Pop Up not working

There are multiple input fields for the profile properties. This can lead to data being overridden or one visitor creating duplicate profiles.

 

Cant Get rid of these. Can someone please direct me to the right direction?

could you share a bit more detail about what's happening? The screenshot doesn't give me enough to work with. Specifically:

  • What does the error or issue look like exactly?
  • Is the popup not showing on your site at all, or is it showing but behaving unexpectedly?

If the same property gets collected twice in the same form flow, the last value wins. So if step one asks for a phone number and a hidden field on step two also writes to the phone number property, whatever lands last is what sticks. However, that doesnt cause duplicates of profiles. 

Klaviyo merges profiles by email address, so a returning visitor filling out your popup won't create a second profile. It'll just update the existing one. The only time you'd see duplicate profiles is if someone submits with two different email addresses, and that's not a form problem.

this is alert i am getting. and its also not popping up on my website at the moment. before it was at least popup up but you will need to put your email twice for it go to the next step

What can I do to fix it so the customer only have to put their email once not twice.
