POST Purchase Benefits of Each product

Hello,

 

Our store sells 4 products. Each product has it’s own set of benefits. Is it possible to set an email flow that is being triggered after the customer has placed an order? The email content would include the benefit of each of the item(s) being ordered

yes it's 100% possible with klaviyo.

 

You can set up a post-purchase flow triggered by "placed order", then use dynamic blocks or conditions to show the specific benefits of each product in the email based on what they ordered.

Hey there. This is a great way to personalize the post-purchase experience.

Set up a post purchase flow if you haven’t done so already.

Within the flow, add conditional splits for each product you have. That way you can create custom email content per unique product.

While brief, it’s the simplest way to explain that one.

Two great approaches for the problem on hand. I believe Mansir’s approach will reduce the overall emails sent out to the client which they will appreciate.
