This is a bit of a tricky one, and I’d recommend reaching out to Klaviyo.com/support, so our support team can take a look at your integration specifically, to see if there’s anything wrong with the connection between Prestashop and Klaviyo. This might have to do with how the Klaviyo module has been installed on your store. Once you reach out to our support team, and they solve the issue, I’d encourage posting the solution here, so other people who have this issue in the future can learn of the fix!

I had the same issue before, in my case it was a server security rule blocking the request. Double-check your API keys and any firewall settings, that usually clears it up.
