Is there a way to stop customers that have bought 2 items in one transaction ending up in my 'repeat customer split' in my Post Purchase Fllow? I have the generic Post Purchase flow from Klaviyo (almost) set up. This is the Conditional Split Klaviyo have set: 'Placed Order equals 1 over all time where Item Count equals 1'. But when I review it with a customer that has never bought from me before but has bought two items in one transaction they end up receiving my repeat buyer email instead of the New Customer email I want them to receive. How can I get this customer into the New Customer flow?

@Lauraftk Could you please share a screenshot of your post-purchase flow and a sample of the placed order event? I would like to clarify that I do not want to assume it is a Shopify placed order, as the structure can vary depending on whether the e-commerce integration is custom or utilizes a different platform.

Hi @whereisjad, Thanks for your help. I am using Shopify. Here is a screenshot of the post purchase flow:

And here is a screen shot of the placed order event (this is a first time customer but he has bought 2 items in one transaction, he needs to be receiving the new customer thank you email):

And here is the Conditional Split info:

The reason I want this New Purchase vs Repeat purchase flow is for sending new customers instructions on how to hang their purchase.

Any tips would be helpful.

I’m confused.  You want them to receive the the new customer thank you email.  The first split in the flow has condition that customer has only 1 Placed Order event over all time.  I think it should be set up like the screenshot below:

Thank you @whereisjad that has sorted it! I knew it would be simple! Much appreciated.
