Thanks for the question! What variable are you using to display the product in your email? Knowing this will help us confirm what the issue is! When you change a product’s image in Shopify, that image will be updated in the data of all new events that contain that product (For example, all new viewed product/placed order/ready to review events will have a link to that new image), but any event that occurred prior to the update will still contain the old image URL.
If you’re pulling the image from the event data, and previewing the email with an event that occurred prior to the URL change, Klaviyo will attempt to pull in the old image URL, and if that URL is no longer active, the image won’t show. Is this what was happening?
I’d also recommend taking a look at that product in the Klaviyo catalog. Find the product ID of the product with the incorrect image, and search it up in your catalog (in Klaviyo). Does that product have an image in Klaviyo? If not, you might need to manually refresh that product to pull in it’s new image.
