I am creating an SMS flow in which a customer can go down two different paths depending on the message they send back in. However, no matter what while testing when I reach the first trigger split I automatically get flagged as “NO” aka not meeting message body trigger split criteria even though I have the message body exactly as is when testing. Attaching a few images for reference. Anyone know what the issue could be here?

Please note I updated the trigger split to say Message Body contains rather than equals and the issue persists.

Would you mind checking to see if there are any spaces before or after the words in your trigger split? If an extra space was added after test123 (like “test123 “ for example), Klaviyo would look to see if that space was in the message body, and if it wasn’t, the profile would go down the NO path.
Also, what are the trigger filters on your flow? While those might not be entirely related to your question, it would be useful to know what people specifically need to do in order to enter the flow.
