Struggling with 90% Bounce Rate in Cart Abandonment Flow – Any Solutions?

Hallo Klaviyo Community,I’m currently facing an issue with my Cart Abandonment Flow, which has a 90% bounce rate. I’ve double-checked everything – email addresses, list hygiene, content, and settings – but I can’t seem to pinpoint the cause. I even tried deactivating Smart Sending for a while, but that didn’t help either.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on what else I could check? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!

Hey ​@madina, 90% bounce rate is really high. Smart sending would impact skipping but is unlikely toimpact your bounce rate.Click on the email experiencing high bounce rate in your flow. Then click “View details” on performance. Next click on “Recipient Activity”. Then click “Bounced”. Change the time range to all-time or at least a long enough window to get a good sense. Take a look at the bounce type and bounce reason.This is going to be the best way to figure out why these emails are bouncing. Are you getting bad email signups?
