Quick question, is this a plain text email? If it is, are you using any emojis in the text? Also, have you cleared your browser history and cookie cache? Or tried using another browser or device? There could a few reasons why this is happening, just need a little more details to dive in deeper to get you a solution.

Thanks for your response. It is a plain text email and I did have one emoji in the email. This one: 🙌. I removed it, refreshed the page and was able to proceed. Thanks for the help!

This error should be fixed please. One should be able to include Emojis in a plaint text email.

I”m having this issue now.
There is something wrong with our system, please try again.
I’m sending a plain text email in both Chrome and Safari. I’ve removed all emojis, cleared cache, removed all formatting. Still getting the message. Any ideas?
Last time I got this error it was because I manually typed a personalization in my plain-text email and it had a typo.
It resolved and allowed me to save once I caught this and fixed it.
Kind of weird to say it is an error with their system (which i guess is kind of true?) when it was quite literally my own fault.
It would be nice to be notified of the reason the save fails rather then just giving a generic error message.
So if you are getting this error and you DONT have an emoji, check your personalization for typos.
