I'd recommend starting with manual campaigns to each of your 8 warm/ramp segments. This allows you to gauge engagement more accurately and avoid unintentionally moving potentially active subscribers into a sunset flow too early. You might be surprised by how many re-engage with the right messaging.

Sunset flows are definitely important, but they work best as an ongoing, automated process running in the background—triggered by specific engagement criteria over time. Think of them as a long-term list hygiene strategy rather than a first step.
