Hi, Interested in learning more about how you have set up your welcome flows to capture new subscribers who signed up at checkout on Shopify. Some new subscribers may have completed a purchase, some new subscribers may not have completed a purchase and other would have subscribed since before. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for your message in the Klaviyo community. 

When someone subscribes at Shopify checkout they will be added to a list that you have defined in the integration (eg Newsletter) 

 

Your welcome flow will be triggered by anyone entering this list. 

You can then have a conditional split for people who have purchased and haven’t purchased (see image below)

I just want to add that if anyone was already subscribed to the list that triggers the Welcome Flow, they will not trigger the flow again.

When creating a list-triggered flow with an existing list, only new contacts will be automatically scheduled to receive the flow. To schedule the flow for contacts already on your list, you will need to add past profiles to your flow.
