Hello there,

Whenever I add a form on my website, on the question fields, there is always a white border on the focus field even though I’ve added another color it still shows up with white below.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks.

Hi @mrafeek

Thanks for posting!

This is a frustrating problem to be having. Have you made sure that the styling on the individual blocks and the overall style for the form are aligned? I have found in the past that the settings in styles can conflict with block styles.

Have you added any text boxes with block padding or spacing with background colors?

If none of these things work, I would recommend creating an entirely new form with no prior settings to figure out the cause of the white lines. I would also review the general style settings for all of the content on your Klaviyo account – you never know when something pesky is hidden away somewhere!

I hope some of these suggestions help!

Adding to @rqcha excellent troubleshooting suggestions, I would also check to make sure that you don’t have some CSS styling on your website that might be adjusting the colors (universally) for all form elements on the site - sometimes those can override the Klaviyo Signup Form stylings.

Let us know if you figured it out.

Hey @mrafeek,

Have you figured this out yet? I’d like to echo retention’s answer! When I see issues where sign-up forms have unexpected color/border/style changes upon publish, it’s almost always due to the CSS on your interacting with your form. If you’re familiar with Chrome’s inspector tool, I’d recommend inspecting the form on the page it’s published on, and unchecking the different CSS boxes on the Styles menu to see if doing this causes the white border to disappear.

Let me know if I can answer any additional questions.
