Thank you for your comment in the community. To follow up on @TimMartinHarvey questions, I would be curious to know what you are seeing from a count and ratio perspective. One thing to keep in mind is if you are seeing low open rates, this could also be an indicator of deliverability issues. While I would say you would expect clicks to follow lower if you do have low deliverability, its possible for your click rates to be higher when the users who did receive the email opened and clicked at a higher rate, despite a larger percentage of people not opening the email because they didn’t see it (junk folder, etc.)
I would be sure to check your deliverability as well to verify this is not part of the issue.
