Hi all,

i have a zap in zapier that should transfer new fb leads pay someone to take my online course to my list in Klaviyo. it was working since yesterday. but it stopped suddenly. i checked the task limits in zapier, contact limits in klaviyo, and I’m not close to the limits.

i made a new zap but it didn’t fix it.

does anyone has any suggestions?

Hello @robinsroys,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

Out of curiosity, was there a reason you’re using Zapier to collect subscribers to Klaviyo as opposed to using the Facebook integration?

In my experience, this is oftentimes caused by our list bombing prevention measures. There’s been several Community posts on this topic as well impacting Zapier. I’ve included some below that I think you’ll find helpful in reviewing:

I hope this helps!

It’s not uncommon for Zapier to show that the zap ran but Klaviyo never got the new lead. First thing to check is whether your Klaviyo list has double opt-in enabled, as that can block subscribers until they confirm. Also look at your Zap history to see if there were any errors or if the data mapping was off. If you need a more stable data flow, Skyvia can handle syncing quietly and fill the gaps without extra effort.

I’m seeing this Zap fail often happens when double opt-in is on. It’s worth disabling it temporarily to test the flow. Also, though it’s a bit off-topic, I’ve noticed related search interest like ‘Pay someone to take my online class for me’ spiking lately—just a heads-up if you’re optimizing lead targeting!”
