Klaviyo is currently experiencing delays in Toll Free numbers sending MMS due to a limitation in downstream capacity. This incident began on Friday, November 26 shortly before 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Campaigns, Preview Sends, Flows, Conversations, and Keywords may be impacted. For upcoming sends, we recommend using SMS campaigns.
