For Community Member Appreciation Week I am excited to feature some of our most active and inspiring members. I connected with Ali (aliXemail Marketing Agency) to learn more about their background and advice for others, here’s what Ali had to share:

Can you share a bit about yourself and your business?
I am Muhammad Ali Raza from Pakistan, specializing in Klaviyo email marketing for over four years. I have worked with more than 200 eCommerce stores on email and SMS marketing. I run the only YouTube channel dedicated to Klaviyo tutorials in English and Urdu, called Marketing Chamber, with over 3.6K subscribers and 180 tutorials. I have transitioned from working as a solo freelancer to leading an email marketing agency with 8-10 employees, aliXemail Marketing Agency.

What drew you to partner with Klaviyo?
Becoming a Klaviyo partner helps me grow faster and attract more potential clients. Many clients specifically look for Klaviyo partners when choosing an email marketing expert.
 

What attracted you to join the Klaviyo Community?
I was already sharing my knowledge through email marketing blogs on my website and YouTube channel. So, I thought, why not contribute to the Klaviyo Community as well? That’s how I jumped in!

How has the partnership with the Community affected your business?
Many times, I have come across out-of-the-box ideas in the Community that, when implemented, significantly improved our processes. I also ask questions whenever needed, and the Community has never let me down.
 

What advice do you have for potential partners considering joining the Klaviyo Community?
Stay consistent in engaging with the Community—share what you learn and ask about anything you're unsure of. The value you receive will be worth it!

What would you like to see more of in the Community moving forward?
I sometimes join live meetings, but often the discussions cover topics I already know. I’d love to see more advanced-level sessions—though I may have missed some!

What’s one thing more people should know about the Klaviyo Community?
The value you’ll get here and how polite and helpful the Community is. Keep asking, and you’ll always receive insightful replies!
 

If you could share one piece of advice for someone starting with Klaviyo, what would it be?
Learn the basics of segmentation, integrations, setting up campaigns and flows, and key terms like triggers and filters. These fundamentals will set you up for success!
 

What’s something you wish someone had told you when you started in digital marketing?
I wish someone had told me earlier that email marketing strategy has immense potential for attracting great clients!
