Excited to launch Customer Hub for a client! We’re just waiting on an integration with Redo (their returns platform), since their current live chat runs through it for a seamless returns experience.

Any plans for integrations with returns management providers like Redo? 


Our campaign emails are going straight to spam, we have checked our email authentication and domain reputation and cannot seem to figure out the cause. How can I get this resolved? I need this corrected please.

 

 


Hello!

 

When will I be able to delete an email in a flow without deleting all the data of that email? I do a lot of journey testing within flows so am often cloning sends (then making tweaks) and having to revert them to ‘Drafts’ and hide them away somewhere. Please let me just delete them!

 

Also… show/hide logic by segments please!!! That would also save me from creating a million flows just to add a custom property!!!

I am currently using KIT for email flows.  Is it possible to move the email content to Klaviyo? 


I’d love for an actual human to talk to about moving over one of our clients to your platform. However, I’m stuck in chatbot hell and have submitted a “Request for Demo” over three times in the past 3 weeks. I have questions that can not be obtained by just looking at your pricing.

Can someone on your product team assist and get me connected to a sales person? Or do you not have real people that a prospective customer can talk to?
