Can't add dynamic product images

Hi, I am creating a replenishment reminder flow and I want to put “Products from your previous order:” in the email, but I can’t show the product images for some reason.

We are using WooCommerce as our ecommerce platform.

I selected the URL from the Preview function

The results = the images on the left are not showing

Can you please help me?

Hi @petrlehuy,

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community.

Try removing the period after the word item in the placeholder, so it should just be item|lookup etc… instead of item.|lookup.

This should fix it for you.
