So basically I am using justuno to give coupons to people who sign up to the newsletter on my shopify store (via pop up window). The integration means that the coupon codes are pulled from shopify. The thing is, you have to allow it to add a prefix to the code thereby making it unique.

How do you make it so that klaviyo inherits that unique code so that when you send the first flow email using klaviyo, the potential lead receives in that email that same unique code?

Hi there,

I am under the impression that JustUno’s Klaviyo integration automatically pushes the coupon code to Klaviyo as a profile property (based on this doc provided by JustUno). Are you not seeing any coupon codes in Klaviyo from JustUno, or are you seeing the coupon code without the unique prefix?

Best,

Caroline
