I have a Shopify form on my website and I want it’s submissions to come into a Klaviyo list.

How do I achieve this?

Hey @rohan12334 ,

Great question. Are you using the native Shopify forms or a form builder from the App Store?

When a person fills out a Shopify form, it creates a Customer Profile for them in Shopify. With the Klaviyo/Shopify integration, all of Shopify Customer Profiles are automatically synced over to Klaviyo. If they have opted into marketing, then they will go to the list selected in the Klaviyo/Shopify integration.

I honestly don’t love using Shopify forms. I would recommend setting up a Klaviyo Embedded form instead. This way you can have a little more control over where the customer data goes and what is collected. You can collect custom properties, decide which list the forms go to, and even set up some logic to show different forms to different users pending on location or other factors.

I hope that helps!
