Custom back in stock segment

Hello and thank you for your input. I read the API and flow setup documentation and was confused with the wording - sometimes it mentions Back in stock as a feature, othertimes as an event so I was assuming that if we create it, it will not be available as an API metric within the segment metric list (used for creating segments). I realise now that if we implement this BIS feature, it will appear in the segment API metric list as all other custom metrics we developed and hence we will be able to create segments of BIS subscribers. And in the next phase, we will definately implement a flow as well.Best regards

Cart abandonment VS Checkout abandonment - FILTERS

How do I schedule a signup / popup form?

Would be amazing to upgrade this scheduling feature to have the ability to create an actual schedule for the pop-up. We are promoting our support number through a pop-up and would like to show the pop-up only during weekdays and support working hours. Current schedule does not offer this : ( Is this something that is planned for the future?

How do emails get captured in Added to Cart (abandonment flow)?

  For example, a visitor can browse all day on your site and have added a number of items to their cart. But without providing an email address, their behavior would not be tracked in Klaviyo. Finally, then they decide to checkout and enter their email address, a Started Checkout event would trigger - but this would mean they would be tracked going forward.     David hello.I am not sure I understand correctly this part you wrote - but this would mean they would be tracked going forward.Doest this mean that if a person ads product to cart (we dont have their email yet as they are 1st time visitors) and proceeds to checkout, where they do leave the email and also leave the checkout. Does this mean that the added to cart flow will not be sent to this person in this (1st) purchase instance? (In this case the only flow that is setup is the add to cart flow. Cart abandonment flow is not set up). Appreciate your thoughts on this one.

Setting up dedicated sending domain and email address (on subdomains)

David hi. Thx for the reply, although it is a little vague for me. I have just one thing that I am hoping you can help me with.  Since the site has different lang. in a subfolder domain structure and we DO wish to have separate accounts for EACH language, I am wondering how would the integration be made? - not in detail but just conceptually. Lets say I would firstly like to have an account for German audience only, that meas for all people coming to this lang version: shop.mybrand.com/de Later on, I would like to add a new Klaviyo account for Italian visitors only, so visitors of the site: shop.mybrand.com/it Do I firstly do the Klaviyo script integration on the german subfolder site only: shop.mybrand.com/de And later on, open a new account and do a separate integration on the Italian site language subfolder (so 2 separate integrations, regardless of the fact that root domain is the same): shop.mybrand.com/it I hope I made my point clear - these things are a little difficult to expla
