Can you have a dynamic unsubscribe lists?

Hello, We do have the ability to have list based unsubscribes. So customers can unsubscribe from specific email lists (like newsletter) but still remain active in your account and receive other email communications.Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions. Best,Bill

Hi Dennis, It sounds like the functionality you are looking for is our profile properties.Here is our guide to properties. Essentially, you could create a profile property for each service of yours that a customer is using and having that profile property could add customers to a segment and that segment could trigger the flow. Or, if you have a metric that is passed into Klaviyo that includes data on which services have been purchased you can trigger a flow based on that metric. If you wanted to get a bit more complex, you can also include hide/show logic for individual blocks based on the properties we discussed previously. However, this will require some coding in the email template. I hope that helps! Let us know if you have more questions. Best,Bill

SMS Deliverability Issues: Anyone switch from long code to dedicated short?

Hello, Thanks for your post. What sort of deliverability issues are you seeing?Depending on the growth your SMS list has experienced it may be a throughput issue. Here is our guide for choosing the right SMS numbers. For long codes we recommend 1 number for every 200 SMS subscribers on your list.  Short codes have much higher throughput and are subject to less filtering than long codes, however short codes are also more expensive than long codes. If you are anticipating SMS being a large part of your marketing strategy moving forward you may consider moving to short codes for some of the advantages, but more often than not it is not a necessity to move to short codes. Best,Bill

Why is my Zapier integration with Klaviyo not working?

Hello @netzenrob,  Happy to chime in here as well. Zapier is a third party integration, so the connection was developed and supported on Zapier’s side. If you have not already, I would recommend reaching out to their helpdesk (contact@zapier.com) as well, as Zapier may have more visibility into the integration issue than Klaviyo does.  Best Bill

How can I Change the Default Currency of $ in an Abandoned Cart Email flow?

Hello Andrew,  Thank you for writing in. Taking a look at this now, here is a guide on changing currency prefixes. The prefix within a template will not automatically change when the symbol is changed on an account level, so you would just have to edit the email(s) in the abandoned cart flow to reflect the correct prefix. Best, Bill
