Hi @stephen.trumble,Thank you for your quick response!So, if I understood well, they need to accept cookies for activity tracking but also provide their email address in order to trigger the flows.Now, we're interested in exploring more user-friendly methods to encourage visitors to leave their email addresses. Do you have any recommendations or best practices for optimizing the email collection process? We’re currently offering a 5€ discount code on a pop-up but it seems not to be enough since we have a very low ratio of completion.Thank you again for your assistance!Best ,Nachín.

Just taking the opportunity to ask you another question in case you could help us out @bluesnapper Users won’t be cookied until they fill out a form and/or fill the checkout process or click a link from one of our emails so, the list of users we got in our Newsletter, who introduced their emails in our password page confirmation box (the one you can currently see in les-gars.com), which is not an actual form, aren’t cookied yet, right? Thanks a lot ♥

Hi @bluesnapper  I’m sorry for the late reply on this, I completely missed out your response and I truly appreciate the time spent on it.Thanks to your comment I managed to test product view triggers and everything is working completely fine. In addition, I now understand how cookies work attached to email adresses, so thank you again! Very excited for our big first launch happening next week, have a nice day!

Hello Andy,Thank you so much for your response. I’ve done a lot of tests through different profiles (all of them are stored in the newsletter but I wouldn’t know what to say if they’re cookied or not, I’m pretty new on this). Anyways, none of mi tests triggered any “viewed product” event as you can see in the screenshot below. How can I know if the profiles I’m testing are cookied or not?

Validation email not triggering

Hi @KatherineB thanks a lot for your response.I think our case is different, we didn’t open the store yet so we only have subscribers in our email list. The problem is that when they sign up, some of them receibe the double opt-in validation email and others don’t. But the second ones, get added to the shopify list and (obviously) don’t get added to the klaviyo since they didn’t have the option to validate their subscription. Those ones don’t have either the validation email in spam or promotions.

Hello again @Taylor Tarpley !We checked everything trying to figure out what the reason could be but we didn’t come up with anything unfortunately.We have some other insight to provide: Some leads get saved in the “customers” section of shopify but don’t receive the double opt-in email whilst other do. Nothing on spam or promotions innbox… For instance, from one of my email adresses I don’t get the verification email (nachin@stremaloots.com) but my business partner does receive it in both of his accounts (oscar@les-gars.com) and his business email (ovega@minsait.com). There are more examples of persons who didn’t receive the confirmation email but got added to the customers list on shopify. Do you think what could it be? Thanks again!
