Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce

Wait, so does it work or not on Bigcommerce?  The support articles suggest it should work, but I’ve run into the same problem as you.  I’m not getting the Notify Me button appearing on out of stock products.

Contact Form Submission Error: “An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.”

Same thing here.  A customer told me she had the problem, I tried it on my computer and I have the same issue. I tried it on my phone, same issue.  I tried an incognito browser, same issue. I tried Edge, same issue.  This form was working fine for about a week or so.

notify Me button not showing after installed code snippet in Bigcommerce

Thanks.  I created that Thursday evening and no one has responded yet.  Brittany told me email support is 24/7, so I’m surprised I’ve not had a reply yet.

Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce

They provided me with some new code, that shared to fix it at first glance. But after looking at it again while checking the flow I've found it's inconsistent. The button correctly appears on some out of stock products, correctly doesn't appear on some in stock products. However, last night I noticed an in stock product that has both the notify me when available and add to cart button and an out of stock product the button isn't appearing on. I sent this to sorry last night and I'm waiting for a reply.

Check the sign up form is pointing to the right list. That was our issue. The lists were condensed and the main list renamed.

Thanks for those links.  So we do use Shipstation.  Where can I find all of the dynamic variables passed from Shipstation?

Klaviyo email flows & campaigns leading to "This site can’t be reached"

Did you get this resolved? Im having this issue when clicking links in my SMS campaign.  If I turn wifi off and it uses the cell network it’s fine.  I can hardly tell customers to turn off wifi to access it.
