Replenishment flow - exclude item

Yes you would want to do a segment for people who have purchased [item name] zero times and have the flow connected to that segment.  OR you can do conditional splits and have it to where the first x number of conditions are for the products that are not to be repurchased. Let’s say product a-c are not to be replenished but all others are  ex: trigger is they placed order once over  30 days> did they buy product a? Yes? End. (No email sent) no? > did they buy product b? Yes? End. No? > Did they buy product c? Yes? End. No? > email 1. there is a code for the cart, look in the abandoned cart email flow and grab the cart code from there

Emails not sending

So a few things are going on here, first with the flows, if no emails are sending you should check what the trigger is. Flows are automations and require someone to take a specific action. If there have been people that are doing the action to trigger the flow to begin, check your filters. They may meet a criteria that makes them not go through that flow. For example, if a filter is “has been through flow 1 time over all time” then people that ay have gotten the email back when you first created it, would not go through it again. You can also back flow all people that are qualified to go through the flow.

How can I direct email & sms on 1 signup form to 2 different lists?

Hey! I think you're overthinking it. I feel like the easier solution for you would be to create a segment for sms. The segment could be like “properties about someone” and have phone number starts with and put all numbers 1-9 as an option. or phone number has country code +1 (if your audience is mainly in the US.

POP UP

when editing the form look at the top right-hand corner of the page. It has steps. The “success” page is where the discount code is being displayed, You can remove that “step” or edit the contents of the step. In order to have the email automatically send after they sign up you need to create a flow. The trigger will be “when added to list” just make sure you name the list appropriately. The pop up needs to be connected to a list as well so make sure the list in pop up and the list that the flow is triggered from is the same.
