Klaviyo Transactional SMS on ReCharge subscription Checkout

Hey sorry Alex,I have made a mistake. We do have 2 different checkouts.if a customer is making a single purchase ----→ BigCommerce checkout if a customer is buying with a subscription---→ ReCharge checkoutDoes that change the dynamic for what I need?Are there really no one that uses Klaviyo with BigCommerce and ReCharge checkout and who want to communicate with their customers with text messages?

Thank you Alex,I forgot to mentioned that we already have Transactional Email flows when a customer make a purchase.I wrongly thought we had two checkouts. So whether it’s a one time purchase or a purchase subscription it’s the Rechageapp checkout that take care of it.We are now interested in SMS messaging either for marketing or transactional purposes. Realistically SMS & Emails would work side by side. When a customer receives a transactional SMS, he won’t receive the transactional Email or maybe both we haven’t decided yet.SMS is the way to correspond with the customers via their phones, mobiles.Now SMS, thank goodness are highly regulated.In order to start sending SMS, we need consent from the customers.We activated our SMS settings in Klaviyo, so anybody who put their phone number and email address onto the newsletters subscription on our front page, will receive a text message with a promo code (15% off), and later could get either marketing text messages or emails.Unfortunat

How can I hide Route package protection in the "order items" section ?

Hello everyone,first thanks for helping.I just wanted to share with you the answer from the Klaviyo team. I hope it can help someone in the future looking for the same treatment:It looks like we just needed to switch the block back to Dynamic since we do not want to iterate over the cart total, etc. Then we needed to update the item product name tag as well as the Route Shipping Insurance name as it needs to exactly match what gets passed in.We can use the following conditions in each column instead:{% if item.product.name != "Route Shipping Insurance" %}{% if item.product.variant.images.0.src %}<img src="{{ item.product.variant.images.0.src }}" style="width: 200px;" width="200" />{% else %}<img src="{{ item.product.images.0.src|missing_product_image }}" style="width: 200px;" width="200" />{% endif %} {% endif %} {% if item.product.name != "Route Shipping Insurance" %}<h3><a href="{{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.url }}">{{ item.product.name }}<

How to add a link to a tracking button that takes you to usps page tracking?

Thank you Elise,we do the majority of our shipping with usps, but not exclusively (ups, fedex too).By any chance is there a way around it, because the code you sent is for usps? For ex in shipstation i use this code “[TrackingUrl]” in the shipping notification email. Once the customer click on it he get send to the page our the shipping service (usps, ups, fedex). I really like Klaviyo, and my goal was to use it exclusively because it offers a creative tool for editing emails. If that doesn’t work I might keep “ordered” email with klaviyo, and “shipped”, “delivered” with shipstation.Is there a way to circumvent this by any chance?

Tracking number from shipstation

Hello team Klaviyo,after following the docs, I did find the code for tracking number. We currently use bigcommerce and shipstation.{{ event.extra.shipments.0.tracking_number }}  We tried to place it in an <a>tag, yet the link wasn’t working.<a class="button1" href="{{ event.extra.shipments.0.tracking_number }}">Tracking</a> We prefer not showing the code number but to link them directly to the usps website.Is this possible?

An fyi,we use BigCommerce in association with a wordpress front store.When a customer click the return to my cart button, he should get back to the wordpress front cart page.
