One list, multiple segments, multiple unsubscribe options

We were about to enable our activation funnel for our service, but we realized if someone unsubscribes from one email it will take them out of everything. Uh oh...We want it so if a user in the activation funnel unsubscribes from let’s say onboarding emails, it won’t unsubscribe them from our overall marketing communication. We previously used Sendgrid which allowed us to have multiple unsubscribe choices so a user could unsubscribe from a single type of email without losing access to everything else they deem relevant (all within the same unsubscribe link).Please let us know how we can do this.

Why are our emails now saying "Unverified" to receivers?

We have previously worked with Sendgrid for all emails and recently moved to Klaviyo for marketing engagement. We tested a send from our team email that has been used for months and when sending with Klaviyo it now says “Unverified” in the outlook inbox to the receiver. The receiving email is also the one that is sending it (testing internally)Please help!

How do we test our funnel?

We have our activation funnel set up from verify email reminders and beyond. Each of these are in their own Flows and we now want to test in a dev environment to make sure it works before activating it to 2,500+ community members. Some of these flow span across specific conditions as well as weeks (4 weeks is the longest flow right now)How can we test in this dev environment without having to sit and wait for 4 weeks?

Zoom customer support?

Hello! I’ve been playing around with Klaviyo for a week now and I really need to set this up rightWe’re a non-ecommerce service that has various segments such as driver, rider, both, verified status, onboarded status, etc. and I’m creating our activation flows to engage our users from the moment they sign up to the moment they book a trip/riders.It feels unnatural using Klaviyo across 3 different user types because along the flow of verification they go from signed up → assigning themselves a user type → onboarding. Is there any way to hop on a call with customer support for an hour or so to go over our business needs? I’d love to share my screen to show what we’re doing.

How to integrate sites sign ups into activation funnel

We’re not an e-commerce company.We’re a service-based business that signs up riders and drivers which of course means we have a live database with account information.How can we get it so when a customer signs up they will be automatically added to Klaviyo and as they take actions their segment will be updated?

Automating our service sign ups -> Klaviyo

We’re a service based business, not an e-commerce business which means we can’t have the simple plug and play.How can we make it so as a user signs up and takes action through our service (mobile app) they will be added and segmented automatically into Klaviyo?Example: Johnny signs up for our service, he then onboards and selects ‘driver’ as his user type. He hangs around and doesn’t do anything, but we engage him to post his ride offer. He does and soon gets a ride request, days later they complete the ride. We want to segment him into signed up (engage them to onboard), then once he’s onboarded we know his user type (driver) so now it’s time to push driver engagement material to them so they become an active community member. He completes a ride so now we want to put him into another segment where he we can sort by rides completed for example.

Migrating from Sendgrid to Klaviyo - bringing unsubscribes over

Hello!We’re a service based business that connects drivers with riders and we’re trying to improve our community engagement through Klaviyo. Right now we’re trying to migrate from our previous service provider, Sendgrid, to Klaviyo so all unsubscribes carry over. Can’t seem to figure this one out.
