Calculating Age

Hello AllI’ve been reading a few articles around this topic, but still unclear.If I’m collecting date of birth, can I create an automated flow based on their age? I’m sure I can create one based on the current date, but ts there a way for Klaviyo to calculate their age and input them into the flow once they qualify for that age?Thanks!

Complete the Look Feed

Hello Klaviyo CommunityI’m trying to find an article with this exact use case when setting up product feeds.Let’s say customer purchases product 1 in red, what would be the best way to show products in the same category also in red? When setting up product feeds based on collections, there may be related products but in other colors. I wanted to show related products in the same color.Thanks!

Dynamic Content Based on Purchase

Hello Klaviyo CommunityI’ve been able to successfully implement dynamic product information based on what the customer has purchased. I’m now looking to have dynamic texts and links based on the product.For example, if I have a table with 2 columns. The left column will be an image of the purchased product. How can I have dynamic text and link in the right column based on what the customer has purchased? I do see the ability to hide/show content blocks, but thinking there has to be an easier way. Also, I assume to show complementary products based on the purchased product is pretty straight forward.Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I’ve been going through the articles as well.Thanks!Joe

Shopify Abandon Cart

Hello! I’ve been reading quite a bit about Shopify vs Klaviyo’s Abandon Cart. To clarify, this is not Abandon Checkout, but using the Abandon Cart as the trigger.What’s the core difference between using Shopify’s or Klaviyo’s Abandon Cart other than Klaviyo’s more customizable designs?For example, in Shopify’s Abandon Cart, does the customer need to have subscribed to emails or does this get triggered if the customer inputs their email on the checkout page (not subscribed), but has not continued onto shipping?Thanks!

Conditionals Logic Question

Hello Klaviyo CommunityI had a quick question regarding Conditionals in a flow. In the attached Welcome Flow (default Klaviyo template for when someone has signed up for our newsletter), we check if they have purchased in the past.If they have not purchased, we want to enter them into an email series (more than 1 email). Question 1: Assume they purchase after Email 1 in the have not purchased email series, do they exit the flow altogether or will they go back into the flow and receive the email 1 from the have purchased series? If this is the case, is there a way to exit someone when they do convert from the have not purchased series. Please note the trigger is based on joining the newsletter. Question 2: Assume they still have not purchased after email 1, will they continue to stay in the series and receive subsequent emails until they convert?Appreciate any input you’re able to provide. Thanks all!
