Coupon Filter Suggestion

Just a suggestion that would help a lot for ecommerce businesses - when selecting a coupon we just have three optionsAll orderSelect productsSelect collectionsIt would be really helpful being able to select all products BUT have the opportunity to manually exclude a few. We usually want to exclude 3 products where the discount from welcome/birthday flows would lose money. Having to manually select them can be an issue, as creating a collection without those products in shopify would need to be monitored and it’s nice being able to do everything within Klaviyo.

How to bulk edit customer details for timezones

Hi!I feel like we used to have all our customers with their individual timezones but maybe reimporting data in the past it got lost (?).Is there a way to reupload all their timezones based on country via an import? How would I go around that? Just send an ‘in recipients local time’ and it sent to Aus and US customers simultaneously.Thanks a lot!

Bug? Can't see drafts in campaign viewer

Is anyone else missing draft campaigns in normal viewer (not calendar view)?The previous issue of flows not updating has gone away the majority of the time now thankfully, but now there’s this other bug I’m experiencing.   As you can see I can only see the campaigns and duplicate/edit in calendar view, which is much more annoying with the small popout window Any help greatly appreciated!

Coupon AB Tests + Flow AB Tests

Hi!Just wondering if there’s a better way to do this:I’m running ab tests for coupons, with one giving 10% off the first order and the other giving $5 off. They enter the newsletter once they submit the form and I want them to receive a flow variant depending on which offer they saw.Would I do this by using hidden fields in the coupon AB tests to create different properties, and then use those to split the welcome flow depending on what discount thhey saw?At the moment I have the form going to two separate lists (newsletter 1, newsletter 2) and would manually add them into the main newsletter list, where they don’t enter the flow again as they’re excluded. Thanks!

Manage preferences page is different to the one in my newsletter

Hi!I’ve got a few checkboxes in my preferences and subscribe pages. However when I receive an email and click the link %manage_preferences% it goes to  default one that doesn't have the updated information.Is this the wrong manage preference link? How could I check? Thanks

What do you do to increase order rate? AB Test ideas

Hi everyone,I’m just wondering what sort of AB tests you’d recommend or personally use when testing email designs and formats to increase order rates.Our orders are generally around $200-400 and something that you would only buy maybe once a year or so rather than something to regularly stock up on. Our click rates and open rates are really high, but I’m wondering how we can improve the order rates. I know it depends on a lot like product pages etc, but where have you seen changes?I’m changing the CTA, button placement, more targeted offers according to segment and that’s definitely boosted the click rates, but they’re still not converting very well.Would love to hear all  your thoughts and suggestions.Cheers

Updating flows doesn't update the 'last updated' section?

Hi everyone,Just wondering with the newer klaviyo, when you update a flow do you need to meet certain requirements for the ‘last updated’ to update?For example I just changed the subject line and preview text, as well as the content in one of the emails, but when I leave (even after refreshing cookies/waiting), it still lists the old ‘last updated’ time. I love the feature but need to use it to keep up to date with what’s actually updated and which of the flows are older.Thanks!
