Did you manage to translate the Klaviyo Review widget?

Hi! I know that we can’t manage more than one language within Klaviyo, but did some of you manage to translate the Klaviyo Reviews widgets via a Shopify translation app like Langify or Translate & Adapt? My client can’t translate it with his app named ETranslate, and I wonder if it’s just an issue with this app or if every translation app isn’t able to translate the widget. Thank you so much!

Segment by age - kid's store

Hi everybody!I wanted my client (who sells clothes and toys for kids) to be able to segment their customers according to the age of their kid or kids.I also wanted this segment to be dynamic and to update automatically, so a customer who’s baby grew up into a toddler would receive age appropriate products and recommendation throughout the years. I added a birthday field in the manage preferences page and was able to create two segments for kids aged from 0 to 3 years old.However, for my 4-5 years old and my 6+ years old segment, Klaviyo applies a time limit and the number of days since their birthday is too high for the platform to deal with. I’ve been racking my brain since yesterday to try and find a way to achieve this. I’ve tried creating flows that would update the profile property after a certain number of days or every birthday, I’ve tried collecting the data differently, but I can’t figure it out.Can anybody think of a solution? How do you manage event veriables with your bilingual store?

Hi! I’m getting used to the challenges of having a bilingual store, but I have a new issue and I would love to know what you’re doing about it. My Shopify is French by default and translated in English with Langify. We use the Multifeeds app to import two catalogs into Klaviyo, one French and one English. This allows me to select the English version of my products when creating a static product block or when creating product feeds used in my dynamic product blocks. However, I don’t know how to display the good language when using event variables in my browse, cart or checkout abandonment flow.What happens most of the time is that my anglophone customers receive emails like « Hey, you left this collier rose pour chien in your cart! »What do you do with this?1. Do you use dynamic product blocks with product feed instead of the event variables? I think this would only allow me to have a browse abandonment as well as a added to cart flow, and no checkout abandonment flow, since the product

Multiple accounts, only one website

Hi! I have a client who currently has two brands, two separate websites and two Klaviyo accounts for these brands. However, they plan on having only one website for both their brand, and even add a third one. Every brand will keep it’s identity, name and visual assets, but they will be on the same website.Our preference would be to keep different Klaviyo accounts so that every brand has his own sender name, sender address, assets and everything. We could however hop from an account to the other like we do in our agency, from one client account to another. However, is it possible to have multiple accounts with only one website? I’ve seen topics with the opposite question, like having multiple shops for only one Klaviyo account, but nothing exactly like my question. Thank you so much!
