CAMPAIGN SCHEDULED DELIVERY LATE

Hi. I sent a scheduled campaign delivery that was supposed to be delivered at 10am Africa/Johannesburg time on 29 February. Unfortunately, I don’t have feedback from all 162 customers, but 1 customer received it just after 10am, the 2nd only received it just after 5pm, and the 3rd only received it at 8pm. I had set the time zone to Africa/Johannesburg, and not recipient time zone, so they should have all gone out and been received at 10am. I’ve searched the threads and Googled the heck out of it, but I can’t seem to find an answer. Any suggestions from the Community would be greatly appreciated.

SEGMENTS AND TAGS

Hi. I’ve created different segments for 4 different team members, in order for them to send out personalized emails to their respective customers once an order has been placed. Each team leader has 3 different purchasing groups, so I have created 3 different tags for each team leader: i.e Influencer, Paola’s Group, Legacy, Paola’s Group and Lucky Fish, Paola’s Group. Each customer has 2 tags assigned to them to identify them to their team and purchasing group. i.e. Lucky Fish, Paola’s Group. But when I create the segment, it either links EVERY customer to the segment or none at all. I’ve tried adding the tag group to “Tags” next to the segment name. I’ve tried adding a filter. I’ve tried using AND conditions. I’ve tried OR conditions. I’ve tried all of these as a combination or on their own, and it either links ALL customers, or none at all. I’m not sure if I need to use the format of the Shopify tags, or what I’m doing wrong, but it’s driving me nuts!!

EMAIL PLACEHOLDER UNSUBSCRIBE

Hi. I’ve just created my first campaign and sent a test to myself. I added an “Unsubscribe” text box and personalized it, and everything is working fine. However, when I receive the email, there is a placeholder at the bottom underneath my email: When you click on the link, it sends you to this page: How to I assign this link to go to my personalized “Unsubscribe” page?
