Form submitted by profile query.....

I really am driving myself round the bend with this - please stay with me!I have a shopify platform linked to my klaviyo. I have two newsletter links, one klaviyo direct that pops up, and the other a shopify static linked back to Klaviyo at the bottom of my website page. I am having sign ups daily to the klaviyo pop up, my stores are integrated but these people are still showing as ‘unsubscribed.’ On their activity feed it says ‘form submitted by profile’ does this mean they have actively completed the marketing form? I can only assume these are the people that ‘signed up’ by going to the metrics tab and looking at the ‘form submitted’ metrics but then it says unsubscribed. Am I looking in the wrong place? Either way there is a misalignment as my master list is not populating by the amount of sign ups Klaviyo is saying I am receiving a day…. Any advice? :(

Sign up form & abanoned cart issue

I’m driving myself insane going back and forth with this. I have Klaviyo pop up newsletter enabled and integrated with Shopify. It seems when someone is adding to cart, it’s not syncing with Shopify to tell me. Can someone take a look at this screenshot and confirm if this person has signed up to marketing? It is confuses where it says ‘form submitted’ - did this person submit by sign up form? I understand why they wouldn’t show up in my abandoned cart if they didn’t, but then how does Klaviyo have their email address? I did two abandoned cart tests tonight and neither of them are showing up :(

Facebook pixel data mismatch

Hi, I have my Klaviyo set up with Shopify for abandoned carts. When I check the data on Facebook meta pixel, I am having numerous abandoned carts a day but this information is not syncing to Klaviyo - is it because these people who are abandoning carts are not signed up to my email marketing?

Product personalisation in header

Hello, Is there a way to add personalisation in the form of last viewed product into the subject line of an email?I want to create an abadoned browse email - I received an email from a company showing me the last product I had viewed in both the header and the email body and it really did entice me to open. I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. Thanks,Lauren

Newsletter sign up form submits different to pulled list

Hi, I am a new business, I have a sign up form from Klaviyo integrated with Shopify. I have 43 signups to the form but only 25 in my newsletter list - is this because people have tried to sign up more than once? I can’t seem to cross-check because I can’t find the exact 43 emails that have signed up - is there a way to pull this? Thank you!
